10 Steps to unforgettable photographs

Step 1 - Availability!
Check your wedding date availability! Call 1-866-287-4660 or fill our contact form.

Step 2 - Chat with our Consultants!
Our wedding photography consultants will contact you at your convenience, by phone or e-mail to discuss and answer all your questions.

Step 3 - Appointment!
To schedule an appointment call 1-866-287-4660 or e-mail us at  appointment@vesawp.com   with a preferred date (Mon-Sat) and time (9am-5pm). If your responsibilities and time prevent you from visiting our Brooklyn offices we are more than willing to provide you with additional samples on-line and help you define the coverage that matches your vision.

Step 4 - Reserve the date!
To reserve the date $350 deposit is required. It is payable on-line (major credit cards accepted), by cash, check or money order.

Step 5 - Sign a Contract!
After we have received the deposit and reserved the date we will sign the contract. This can be done in our Brooklyn office or we can mail the contracts to you for you to sign and return one copy in the prepaid envelope provided.

Step 6 - Pre-Wedding Consultations!
Two to three weeks before the wedding your photographer will contact you to go through all the important details of your wedding day coverage

Step 7 - On-Line Gallery!
On-line Gallery is published, three to four days after the wedding.

Step 8 - DVD with Hi-Res images!
Two weeks after the wedding DVD with all Hi-Res images is shipped to you.

Step 9 - Wedding Album Design Starts!
Approximately 4 weeks after your wedding.

Step 10 - You receive your Wedding Album!
Approximately 8 weeks after your wedding.
