First, you are hiring experienced professional wedding
photographer(s) which will ensure that the final
product, your wedding photos and album would be up to
highest standards.
Second, VESA Wedding Photographers is a
network of 8 professional wedding photographers which
makes possible for us to always have one of the
photographers “on-call”.
Let’s assume your photographer has an accident
on the way to your venue – if you hire a single
photographer than there is no one to cover your wedding.
If that happens to a VESA photographer there is always
another VESA Photographer to complete the assignment.
Third, if you hire one of those big
wedding photography companies that have on their payroll
tens and hundreds of photographers you will see your
photographer for the first time at your wedding which we
think is absolutely unacceptable.
At VESA Wedding Photographers you deal
with YOUR photographer from the moment you
call or e-mail us until the
moment you get your album and proofs.
What payment options and plans are available?
We accept cash, checks, money orders and major credit cards. You
can also pay online.
For your convenience the following plans are available:
Bronze Plan:
1)$350 deposit required to reserve the date.
2)Final
payment must be received two weeks before the wedding
Silver Plan:
1)Deposit of $350 required to reserve the date
2)Second Payment of $400 must be received one month
before the wedding.
3)Final payment due after the wedding, before you
receive proofs and album(s).
Gold Plan:
1)Deposit of $350 required to reserve the date.
2)Second payment of $400 must be received one month
before the wedding.
3)Final payment due after the wedding, before you
receive proofs and album(s).
Platinum Plan:
1)Deposit of $350 required to reserve the date.
2)Second payment of $800 must be received one month
before the wedding.
3)Final payment due after the wedding, before you
receive proofs and album(s).

Absolutely no hidden fees!
Why are your packages so affordable?
VESA Wedding Photographers is a network of professional wedding photographers. Almost the
entire fee goes directly to the photographer.
How experienced are your photographers?
VESA WP is a network of professional wedding photographers serving New
York and New Jersey. For someone to qualify as a VESA Wedding Photographer
a minimum of 5 years of professional experience is required.
Do you carry
liability insurance?
VESA Wedding Photographers carries $1,000,000
in liability coverage.
What kind of
equipment do you use?
We use Canon professional
grade camera bodies and lenses.

How many images will I
receive?
For a typical wedding (8 hours) you will receive 400-600 ready to
print digital files.
How many
photographers will cover our wedding?
One. For an additional fee of $400 you can have two photographers
covering your wedding. In fact, VESA recommends that. Your event will be
captured from two different perspectives and the number of images captured would
almost double.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes we do.
VESA photographers carry at least 2 camera bodies,
two flashes, several lenses & batteries.
Do you offer online ordering?
Yes we do! We offer a password protected web site for your event. This is
included in the initial fee.

What do you think about Engagement session?
We recommend it! For several reasons. First you are going to
get professional photographs taken in a very relaxed and
fun atmosphere. Second you'll get to know the photographer and
photographer gets to know you which will make you much more
comfortable on your wedding day.
Do you shoot
in photojournalistic style?
Yes we do. But based on our experience we recommend combination
of photojournalistic and traditional style as the best way to capture the
atmosphere and memories of the wedding day.
Do we get to keep the negatives?
Yes you do! Shortly after your wedding you will receive a DVD with all retouched
images.
