What payment options and plans are available?
We accept cash, checks, money orders and major credit cards. You
can also pay online.
For your convenience the following plans are available:
Bronze Plan:
1)$350 deposit required to reserve the date.
2)Final
payment due on the day of the wedding
Silver Plan:
1)Deposit of $350 required to reserve the date
2)Final
payment due on the day of the wedding
Gold Plan:
1)Deposit of $350 required to reserve the date.
2)Second payment of $1500
due on the day of the wedding.
3)Final payment due after the wedding, before you
receive proofs and album(s).
Platinum Plan:
1)Deposit of $350 required to reserve the date.
2)Second payment of $2000
due on the day of the wedding.
3)Final payment due after the wedding, before you
receive proofs and album(s).

there any hidden fees?
Absolutely no hidden fees!
How experienced are your photographers?
For someone to qualify as a VESA Photographer
a minimum of 3 years of wedding photography experience is required.
Do you carry
liability insurance?
VESA Wedding Photographers carries $2,000,000
in liability coverage.
What kind of
equipment do you use?
We use Canon professional
grade camera bodies and lenses.

How many images will I
receive?
For a typical wedding (8 hours) you will receive 400-600 ready to
print digital files.
How many
photographers will cover our wedding?
One. For an
additional $700 you can have two photographers
covering your wedding. In fact, VESA recommends that. Your event will be
captured from two different perspectives and the number of images captured would
almost double.
Do you have backup equipment?
Yes we do.
VESA photographers carry at least
3 camera bodies, 3 flashes, several lenses & batteries.
Do you offer online ordering?
Yes we do! We offer a password protected web site for your event. This is
included in the initial fee.
What do you think about Engagement session?
We recommend it! For several reasons. First you are going to
get professional photographs taken in a very relaxed and
fun atmosphere. Second, you'll get to know the photographer and
photographer gets to know you which will make you much more
comfortable on your wedding day.
Do you shoot
in photojournalistic style?
Yes we do. But based on our experience we recommend combination
of photojournalistic and traditional style as the best way to capture the
atmosphere and memories of the wedding day.
Do we get to keep the negatives?
Yes you do! Shortly after your wedding you will receive a DVD with all retouched
images.
